Welcome to Gfx Genie! Your use of Gfx Genie's services and website (collectively referred to as the "Platform" or "Services") is subject to these Terms of Use. “Gfx Genie” refers to the online academy for graphic design education.

We reserve the right to update, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms of Use at any time without prior written notice, at our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically for updates or changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes signifies your acceptance of those changes.

Gfx Genie grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Platform, provided you comply with these Terms of Use. By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions outlined herein. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

By using the Platform, you also agree to be governed by the policies of Gfx Genie and any promotional partners. These terms apply to all users of the Platform.

Gfx Genie exclusively owns all content, branding, graphics, images, media, and software found on the Platform. All intellectual property rights related to design assets, videos, audio, text, or tools on the Platform belong solely to Gfx Genie. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

We do not guarantee:

• That the Platform will meet your expectations.

• That access will be uninterrupted or error-free.

• That the results obtained will be accurate, complete, or reliable.

All materials and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind—either express or implied—including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Gfx Genie is not liable for any damage to your computer system or data loss due to downloads from our Platform.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Gfx Genie harmless from and against any liabilities, losses, costs, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Platform or its content.

Gfx Genie may link to third-party websites for additional content or reference. However, we are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of such external sites or their offerings. Your interactions with any third-party content or services are solely at your own risk.
